Leadership Development Programmes in Singapore and APAC
“Build leaders who stay clear under pressure, keep their teams well and lead change with confidence.”
High Performance Leadership is a series of three programmes for managers and senior leaders. Each one starts with the Resilience Assessment, so you see where your leaders stand before training begins and what changed after it ends. The result is leadership that performs with care, and holds up through change, challenge and conflict.

WHY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES FAIL
Your leaders were promoted for results. Now they need to sustain them through people.
Most managers step up because they were strong individual performers. Then the job changes. They carry targets, restructures, difficult conversations and a team that looks to them when things get hard. Without the inner resources to handle that load, leaders either burn out or pass the pressure down.
Three signals this programme is the right fit
“Our managers are technically strong but struggle to lead people through change.”
“We are losing good people and engagement is down, event though we are hitting targets.”
“Our senior leaders need more presence and influence acros the business.”

The most responsible way to push performance.
HOW THE SERIES FITS TOGETHER
One leadership journey,
built from the inside out
Start with the leader’s own resilience. Move to how they lead their team. Finish with how they influence across the organisation. Each step builds on the one before, and the follow-up assessment shows what moved.
Sample 6-month leadership journey
Each programme widens the leader’s reach: self, then team, then organisation.
Results leaders and HR teams can see
Every programme is assessed before and after. These figures are aggregated group results confirmed by clients.

FAQ
Leadership development questions , answered
It is a leadership development programme that builds the personal resilience, team leadership and influence skills leaders need to sustain results under pressure. Our series has three parts: Inside-Out Leadership, Fostering Team Resilience and Presence & Influence. Each is measured with the Resilience Assessment.
New and mid-level managers, senior leaders, department heads and high-potential cohorts. Many organisations run it as part of a leadership pipeline or succession programme.
Each programme runs as a half-day or full-day session. Most organisations combine all three into a 3 to 6 month journey with assessment at the start and end.
Most leadership training teaches models. This series builds the leader's own capacity to use them under pressure, and measures the change. Every cohort completes the Resilience Assessment before and after, so HR sees exactly what moved.

Yes. We deliver in person, virtually or hybrid across 70 countries, including eight Southeast Asia markets, Japan and South Korea, using the same method and measures in every market.
Yes. It complements them. Those tools describe style, personality or talent. The Resilience Assessment measures capacity to sustain performance under pressure — the layer those tools do not cover.
