Resilience training, assessment and certifications
Samuel Kurian is a Senior Consultant and executive coach with The Resilience Institute in Malaysia, with more than 30 years of experience spanning banking, FMCG, hospitality, human resources, organisational development and leadership consulting. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Reina Master Certified Trust Practitioner, Samuel works with senior and C-suite leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, trust, resilience and performance through periods of transformation and change.

His work includes executive coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness and facilitated programmes for leaders navigating complex business and organisational change. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Coach at ICLIF Executive Education Center at Asia School of Business, supporting leadership development and executive coaching.
Samuel brings more than 30 years of corporate and consulting experience, with leadership and organisational development roles across banking, FMCG, hospitality, HR and organisational development. His experience includes working with leaders at CEO, Board and executive-team level, helping organisations navigate transformation, executive alignment, talent development and high-performance leadership. He has worked across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, India and the United States, giving him extensive experience working with leaders across cultures and business environments. Samuel has also held leadership roles within the ICF Malaysia Charter Chapter, including President and Immediate Past President.
