Corporate Keynote Speakers & Leadership Webinars
Inspire Your People, Then Give Them Something They Keep Using
A resilience keynote shows people how pressure affects their energy, focus and decisions, and gives them simple practices to stay effective through change. The Resilience Institute delivers resilience keynotes and leadership webinars in Singapore and across Asia Pacific, in person and online.
Most event talks lift the room for a day. Research on memory shows that much of what people hear in one sitting fades within days unless it’s revisited (Murre & Dros, 2015). So every session is built for the week after the event. People try each practice in the room and leave with one change they commit to.

MANISH IN THRIVE TOGETHER MASTERCLASS
Why Some People Thrive Under Pressure and Others Don’t
Manish introduces the concept that shapes everything Resilience. Using a simple but powerful analogy, Manish explains why the same challenge can overwhelm one person and feel manageable to another, and what it actually takes to build the kind of resilience that holds under real-world conditions.

Why this keynote is different
A meaningful hour,
not a motivational morning
Most stress talks tell people to breathe more and sleep better. Manish shows how high-pressure work wears down decisions, focus and relationships, and what the steadiest leaders in Asia do about it.
01
Built on researOn stage, in the roomch
Each talk draws on 22 years of Resilience Institute research and the 2025 Global Resilience Report, with neuroscience explained in plain language.
02
Told by someone who has led
Manish spent 16 years in HR and organisational development inside large businesses. His stories come from restructures, boardrooms and regional teams, not from a script.
03
Data from the room
Add a group Resilience Assessment and you get a 50-factor picture of how your people are coping, which gives HR a clear next step after the applause.
Peer-reviewed research
Why we plan for what happens after the talk
A modern replication of Ebbinghaus’ forgetting curve confirmed that much of what people learn in one sitting fades within days unless it’s revisited. That’s why we design keynotes with a simple follow-up, such as a short practice, an assessment debrief or a webinar a few weeks later.
Murre & Dros (2015), PLOS ONE
“Resilience is not about waiting for adversity to pass. It is about building the inner capacity to lead, adapt and thrive in the middle of uncertainty.”

WHAT CLIENTS BOOK AGAIN

Across the zone
Keynotes for country teams in Beirut, Cairo and Singapore, workshops in Dubai and Chennai, and a virtual Mental Fitness session for Lebanon.
From keynote to programme
The Operations leadership team moved to a measured programme, with Resilience Assessments, a 1.5-day session and a re-measure three months later.

Manish speaks the way he coaches: calmly, with real examples, and with a lot of attention on the people in the room. Before joining the Resilience Institute he spent 16 years in HR and organisational development inside large businesses, most recently as Regional General Manager, Organisational Development for Asia, the Middle East and Africa at Fonterra. Audiences can tell he has sat in their meetings, because many of his stories come from them.
His talks connect the science of resilience with the pressures leaders face on an ordinary Tuesday. HSBC’s Head of Learning and Talent Development called it “never a dull moment,” and L’Oréal has brought him back for 15 sessions in eight countries since his first keynote for them in 2023.
